Britney Spears Gets Charitable at Miami Hospital

With her Circus tour in full swing, Britney Spears spent the weekend making her way around sunny Florida with her family and entourage by her side.

Following a trip to Disneyland, the “Gimme More” singer flew off to Miami for her show at American Airlines Arena last night (March 7), making a surprise stop at a local hospital along the way.

Reports tell that the 27-year-old popped up at the Miami Children’s Hospital for a 30-minute visit with 40 sick children, during which time she posed for pictures and signed autographs.

Topping it all off, Miss Spears also announced that her tour earnings will end up donating $100,000 to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care program.
